A person who possess a VET qualification at the level of Certificate IV or above in environmental health related areas including food technology, local government regulation, waste water technology or sustainability. A person working as an Environmental Health Technical Officer.  A Cadet Environmental Health Officers with 3 or more years of experience. A person with an interest in Environmental Health without the above qualifications who can demonstrate their commitment to the field of Environmental Health.
